Order Management
Fast Order Entry
Take manual orders quickly with the Order Pad. Order confirmation emails are sent immediately upon order creation.
CSV/Excel Order Import
Import and export orders via CSV or Excel. Orderbot can create custom import formats so you can save time manipulating data in excel.
Order Overview
Use the main view order dashboard to filter orders by status, shipping method, payment status, distribution centers, and products included on the order.
Split Backorder Items
Orders with insufficient inventory, can be automatically fractured creating a backorder that will be shipped when inventory is available. These split orders can be shipped from different distribution centers, and even to different shipping addresses.
Sales Channels
Associate order and customers with the appropriate sales channel to help categorize reporting, such as: Shopify, DTC, Wholesale, etc.
Apply Payments

Product Management
Import Products via CSV
Orderbot's simple CSV format makes it easy to bulk import products.
Pricing Lists
Per Channel Control who can order which products and what the sell price is using different pricing lists (known as order guides) associated with channels and customer accounts.
Parent-Child Structure
Create regular products or create products that have different variables like size and colour. Sometimes also referred to as product and variants.
Bundled Products / Kitting
Use a Bill of Material (BOM) to bundle different products together. Sell a single product on your website, and pick/pack the individual products in Orderbot. BOMS can also be used to track components for assembled items.
Custom Fields
Store extra meta data and attributes about products in custom fields. Create as many as you want, and update the data easily using a CSV file.
Dimensions & Customs Info

Inventory Value

Update Inventory via CSV
Upload inventory adjustments or counts for each distribution center using a CSV file for today's date, or a date in the past.

Set an availability threshold per product per sales channel to help control your pools of available inventory for your multiple ecommerce websites.
Historical Inventory Visibility
View on hand inventory levels for a specific date/time in the past.
Inventory Count
Overwrite current inventory levels using count function. Differences from on-hand to count is tracked as a count variance.
Inventory Update As of Date
Overwrite inventory levels for a date in the past. Inventory transactions that have happened after will automatically adjust based on the count values.
Backorder Allocation
Backorder allocation allows assignment of inventory to orders with the status 'backorder', It will split the order into new backorders, and another order that is ready to ship.
Multiple Distribution Centers
Create unlimited distribution centers to represent physical locations or virtual locations to artificially separate pools of inventory, such as a Returns or Backstock distribution center.
Average Cost
Inventory value is determined by the average cost of products being purchased and received. Shipping costs can be included in the calculation if required.
Purchasing and Receiving
Create, receive, split, and reconcile incoming purchase orders to manage inventory and average cost.
Minimum On Hand Quantity
Set minimum on hand quantity values for items. See these products turn RED on reports so you know when you're below your required minimum inventory levels.

Manage inventory transfers between multiple distribution centers using a robust flow that tracks requested, in transit, and received transfers.

Multi-Channel Fulfillment
Create a unique flow for each sales channel using order status.
Partial Fulfillments
